Delhi NCR delivery time is 2-4 days. Rest areas throughout the country, standard delivery time is 7-10 days. However, during festival seasons / disruption of services, there could be a slight delay. Please bear/excuse-us for that as the same is not in our hands.

Sorry! This should not happen. We take utmost care to dispatch the products at the addresses provided. We partner with some of the most reliable courier services to get the products delivered timely and safely to the customers. However in exceptional cases we would request you to immediately contact the Courier service provider.

We would not be responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address entered by you.

Your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt, any order deemed undeliverable by the shipper will be given an option for re-attempt for delivery / refund.

In case of re-attempt the delivery confirmation from you, the delivery would be re-sent and there might be additional charges for the same.

In case of refund, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.

We can ship to multiple addresses in one order however there would be an additional charge of Rs. 50 to 100 per address depending on the package and destination.

At present we only deliver within India. However we are working on delivering products across the globe and shall be updated soon.

We offer the best price for the products and charge a nominal fee for the deliveries. Delhi/NCR Rs. 50/- and other regions within a range of Rs. 100/- to Rs. 250/- depending on the size and weight of the package

However, you can get in touch with our customer support and we shall be more than happy to let you know about the possibility of any reduction in the charges / extra charges for express deliveries.

Once the orders are placed online, you will receive an e-mail / whatsapp communication regarding the confirmation of the order as soon as the receipt of Payment against an Order is confirmed.

Normally, the products would be dispatched within 2 working days if the stock is readily available.

However, we do not keep stocks and prepare the products as and when order is received. Therefore there might be instances where the ordered product ran out of stock.

In such instances, the order may be delayed and can be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The same would be informed before confirmation of Order.
