Presently we accept payment through online banking mode / UPI / PayTM.
Soon we will be including the payment through all major credit cards.
Currently we only offer the option of online payment as mentioned above.
We don’t do CoD/ Cash on Delivery.
Charges
It is our goal to offer the best prices on our products. Due to the ever-changing trends and seasonality of our assortment, price adjustments are not offered, and we are unable to retroactively apply a promotion to a prior purchase.
We want to keep our selling practices fair and safe. That’s why we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason.
(FYI : - These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.) We’ll notify you regarding such limits as and when applied.
Modify / Cancel / Replace
Changes to orders cannot be made once an order has been submitted and the confirmation of the same has been updated.
An order once placed/accepted should not be cancelled. However you can reach out to us at e-mail id / whatsapp and we shall be glad to help you in the best way possible.
Replacement or exchange shall be given only if there are any damages (unboxing video is must). For replacement, the items needs to be couriered back to the address we provide. Once the return courier is received, we shall replace it and courier back your parcel.
Process Times
Once the orders are placed online, you will receive an e-mail / whatsapp communication regarding the confirmation of the order as soon as the receipt of Payment against an Order is confirmed.
In case of any discrepancy, please get in touch with our Customer Support and we shall be more than happy to assist you in the best possible manner.
Normally, the products would be dispatched within 2 working days if the stock is readily available.
However, we do not keep stocks and prepare the products as and when order is received. Therefore there might be instances where the ordered product ran out of stock.
In such instances, the order may be delayed and can be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The same would be informed before confirmation of Order.
